Hi, I’m Stacey

I live in Greenville, South Carolina with my husband, son, and our little pound puppy. I'm on a continual journey toward wholeness, and I’m passionate about sharing thoughts and information on everything that makes the days better.

A few years ago, I realized I was living off adrenaline and cortisol in a constant state of fight-or-flight. I was tired but couldn’t rest, anxious about anything and everything, my mind felt constantly scrambled, and it was starting to manifest in my body in a weary, bone-tired way. I knew it wasn’t sustainable and that something was going to have to change, but I couldn’t figure out where to go. After a lot of time spent in silence with my feet in the grass, I discovered that the soundbite of “mind/body/spirit connection” is actually true, and that caused me to return to a neglected yoga practice that began 25 years ago, as well as seeking out authors and teachers through whom I learned a better way to approach my life.
